In Alaya Retreat Centre at Cal Pau Cruset you can relax the way you like with your totally customized program.You decide on the dates and the treatments you would like to receive. You can come by yourself or bring a travel companion. We prepare you delicious healthy food of your choice: vegan, vegetarian, detox or with some meat and fish.

Chose from the following treatments or sessions: yoga class, zumba class, meditation, reiki, massages, yoga nidra, quartz bowl sound baths, energy healings, mindfullness meditations, jacuzzi, sauna, meditative painting classes and many more. You just chose the treatments you like and can pay per treatment or buy one of our packs with interesting discounts. You can book them in advance or once you are here.
