CHANGES TO OUR WORKING ENVIRONMENT DUE TO COVID-19

 

Below we describe what steps we will take at "Alaya Retreat Centre" at Cal Pau Cruset related to covid-19 to ensure the safety and health of our customers and staff.

 

The measures we will take at our centre:

 

• Screens are placed at the front desk for check-in and check-out.

 

• Check-in and check-out will be at set times and you will need to inform us of this in advance.

 

• You have to bring your own masks and gloves.

 

• Payments for wines and other items are by credit card.

 

• Alcohol gels are available to all guests.

 

• Communal bathrooms are cleaned and disinfected 6 times a day.

 

• Meals will be served at your chosen time and if preferred in your room to avoid congestion of common areas.

 

• More outdoor seating/dining areas are now available to all our guests and you can also eat in your room or house.
