Yoga and Meditation Painting with Wine
The Beauty of Silence during the Autumn Grape Harvest with Amelia Melo
21st -23rd September 2018
Join us to celebrate the arrival of autumn, the equinox, the full moon and the grape harvest.
We have designed a special programme of mindfulness and compassion with practices to welcome the arrival of autumn and celebrate its magic. Inviting us to reflect and release what no longer serves us, preparing us for a new season.
We will take the time to thank and celebrate the now, the present moment. Fully appreciating the beauty of autumn during the grape harvest, witnessing the flow of life.
Many of the practices will take place in nature at sunrise and sunset or in view of sprawling vineyards. We will bathe in waterfalls and do other creative meditation practices such as meditating painting.
Amelia Melo has been trained as an instructor of mindfulness, hatha and yin yoga and other personal growth techniques. She is currently doing a Masters in Relaxation, Meditation and Mindfulness at the University of Barcelona and higher studies of Mindful-Eating with Andrea Lieberstein and Jean Kristeller.
She co-founded the dance school Mar Estudi de Dansa and the Dojo Zen Kannon. She is also the creator of the Kannongyo yoga and meditation center and the Wa Gallery, specialized in Japanese art.
This meditation retreat is a space to find balance with our own inner rhythm and with the rhythm of nature.
A weekend in which we can purify both physical and mental toxins, deeply nourish the body and mind, releasing habits and limiting beliefs.
A time to enjoy the gift that life offers us in the beauty of the present moment.
